Shipping Policy
We ship orders within the European Union to mainland addresses only. Island territories, remote regions, and non-mainland locations are excluded. If a delivery address falls outside our standard delivery area, we reserve the right to cancel the order or propose alternative delivery options.
All import duties, customs fees, and VAT for EU deliveries are fully paid. You will not be charged any additional import or customs fees upon delivery.
Standard shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.
Orders are fulfilled within 72 business hours after placement and shipped from our German warehouse.
The transport period after fulfilment typically takes approximately 5 working days, depending on your location.
Curbside Delivery
All large or heavy items are delivered via curbside delivery.
Curbside delivery means:
- Delivery to the curb, driveway, or ground-floor entrance
- No indoor delivery, installation, unpacking, or packaging removal
- The recipient is responsible for moving the items indoors
Please ensure the delivery location is accessible for large delivery vehicles.
