What if I don't see my country?

REP is continually expanding. We're also addressing some issues on the site, so yours might be available later.

Denmark and VAT

Denmark is live, and VAT is included on the product pages.

Why isn't Norway visible in the Country list on the website?

Norway is outside of the EU, and our initial launch is within mainland EU countries only. We have arranged for our Norwegian customers to purchase through our partner in Denmark, Fitness Engros. Please visit www.fitnessengros.no to see the initial REP Fitness product-range.

Why isn't anything listed in metric system units?

We are actively working on our listings to update them to metric units as quickly as possible! If you have questions about a certain measurement, we’re happy to help.

What is REP Fitness's new strategy for expanding into the European market?

REP Fitness is expanding into Europe through a direct-to-consumer model. REP Europe will not be going through distributors, which will help keep prices comparable to the USA.

Who are REP Fitness's partners in this European expansion?

REP Fitness has partnered with Fitness Engros from Denmark and Innovex Fitness from the Netherlands. Both partners are well-regarded in the European fitness industry and bring valuable local market expertise and distribution networks to the venture.

Will there be a separate website for European customers?

No, there won't be a separate website for European customers. Repfitness.com will be open to European customers, but with local language and currency options available. Users will be able to select their country in the top left navigation on the site

How will the European expansion benefit customers in Europe?

The expansion will make REP's premium fitness equipment more readily available to both home and commercial gyms across Europe. By maintaining high standards of service and product quality through local partnerships, REP aims to improve customer satisfaction and support Europeans in achieving their fitness goals with the best equipment available.

Will REP be using resellers in Europe?

No - we have partnered with Fitness Engross and Innovex, using their expertise in European distribution to be able to sell directly to our European customers from repfitness.com with the same shopping experience and customer service that our US customers love.

Will local pickup be available to customers?

We are working hard to add pickup capability in Frankfurt, Germany, but right now we are only able to ship. Make sure you subscribe to our newsletter to find out when that is available!

Will REP have a European location?

Yes. We will have a location in Frankfurt, Germany!

How can I save on shipping?

Add more to save more. The costs per KG goes down as you add more products.

Once I’ve placed my order can you hold it until I’m ready for delivery?

When your order has been processed, it’s picked and shipped as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to hold it in our warehouse. However once you receive your tracking details, you may have the option to rearrange your delivery date directly with the courier.

What equipment will be available to purchase?

We will be offering a full suite of REP products to our European customers, and plan to continue to add more as REP continues to innovate.

When will REP's newest products be available?

This question is a bit more complex. However, our strategy right now is to roll out brand new products in the USA and ensure the quality and feedback is perfect. Why do we take this approach? Our goal is always to have an extremely high quality standard, but sometimes mistakes happen. We have a staff of over 200+ in the USA along with a large team who works to keep our quality standards high at both our factories and distribution centers. If anything isn't correct, we are able to take corrective action in the USA and at our factories. This ensures as we ramp up production and release our brand new products globally, we have worked out any potential issues. We are passionate about what we do, and our goal is to get our awesome brand new equipment into as many hands possible as fast as possible.

Why does pricing vary from country to country?

VAT is different in each country and therefore pricing will be different.
